David was a wonderful fellow … incredibly devoted to his wife Bonnie and his children. He astounded the medical community by living with colon cancer for almost 20 years but it finally won. David was very close with Bob Susman, Lou Lichtenfeld, Gene Norber and me … we continue to speak of him fondly. His sense of humor and wit were unmatched by anyone I know.
