Steve “PG” Podolsky was one of my very close friends in the later grades at Jackson Park as well as Hanley and high school.  We shared many great times together with our “posse” as young boys. He was one tough  character following his two older varsity football player brothers but he was in fact a sweetheart. So sorry he’s gone but I know his history is one of love and compassion for his family and friends. So sorry I didn’t get to touch base with him before he left us. 

Podo ... very nice guy. Great smile. Bad a** on the football field for sure.
