Syd was as free a spirit as they come. I crushed on her bad in 8th grade? Remember meeting her 'good' fella out in Colo. waaaaay back, 72ish?. 6'6" (or ++?) Mr Downing I believe next to 5' 'something' (maybe) Syd. Gebben had that picture of them that day .. cute as can be. He was wearing some kind of non formal 'top' type hat, made him even taller. Funny.
